RBC Extends Sponsorship of Heritage Tournament
Prestigious PGA TOUR Event Secures Sponsorship into the Future

The Heritage Classic announced today the extension of its title sponsorship agreement with RBC, ensuring the tournament's continued success on Hilton Head Island. The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has been the title sponsor of The Heritage since 2012, providing unwavering support to one of the most renowned events on the PGA TOUR.
The tournament, previously known as the Heritage Classic, operated without a title sponsor in 2011. Since RBC's partnership in 2012, the event has grown in stature and popularity, becoming a designated event on the PGA TOUR. Last year, the RBC Heritage field expanded to 150 players, the largest in its history. However, this year's field has been limited to 70 due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding professional golf.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the RBC Heritage remains committed to providing a world-class golfing experience for fans and players alike. The tournament is scheduled to take place from April 13-19, 2023, at the iconic Harbour Town Golf Links. With RBC's continued sponsorship, The Heritage Classic will continue to showcase the best of the PGA TOUR on one of the most picturesque courses in the world.
